Hello Reader
Happy December. I know it's been a while. But a lot was happening and I needed to step away from the writing and publishing to sort things out. You can read all about it in my latest blog post here.
While I've been away dealing with the chaos that life can be, I've come to some realisations.
That's a some deep realisations that I'm trying to work through, but it's so freaking hard. It's even harder trying to come to terms with these "negative" sides of myself and not beat myself up. If things won't so challenging money-wise right now, I'd be back in therapy in a heart beat because I honestly need the help. But sadly, that's something I will have to try for next year.
Apart from being vulnerable and sharing my "dark side to virtual strangers", I wanted you to know that if you are struggling and coming to terms with the not so nice parts of yourself, you're not alone. It's okay. I know how depressing and frustrating it can feel to fight against unhealthy behaviour patterns only to revert to the same habits. It makes you feel like giving up and giving in to the the darkness. But you are not alone. Even if you think that there is no one out there struggling too, you have me.
So if you need a listening ear or someone to talk with don't be afraid to reach out. Hit reply to this email and I will get back to you.

Hello Reader Sometimes I wonder if it is better to be less trusting of people and keep them at distance. If you're someone who sees the good in others, this is not a bad thing, in my opinion, but it can leave you wide open to schemes of untrustworthy people. Yet, being immediately distrusting of others can cause you to miss out on good relationships or opportunities. Finding a balance between trust too much or too little would be helpful. But, what causes us to trust people readily, even if...
Hello Reader Sometimes, when you have no idea what to write, it is best to start and let whatever words want to come flow out of you without overthinking things too much. Even though I feel much more inspired, motivated and creative, I still struggle to get the words out. Hmmm, not so much the words, but the content. What do I want to write about? What should I write about? Would you, my audience be interested in this topic or feel engaged listening to me rambling on about my life or creative...
Hello Reader I am 27 days into the project 50 lifestyle challenge I began in September, and I must say it has been interesting. I started this challenge because I was in a slump. My life was feeling meh, and I felt unmotivated and uninspired. This challenge was my way of shaking myself out of this low state, and I have to say it has been accomplished. Sitting here writing this, I feel more inspired and motivated than I've been in a while. My creative energy feels curious and playful. So now,...
